Topping up your eSIM is a straightforward process that allows you to add more data whenever you need it. Here’s how to do it:
Go to "My eSIMs": Start by selecting the data package you'd like to top up.
Tap "Top up eSIM": Click the blue "Top up eSIM" button to begin the process.
Purchase a New Data Package: Choose and purchase the data package that fits your needs. Once completed, you'll see an "ACTIVATE" button next to the topped-up package in "My eSIMs."
Your eSIM itself never expires, so it’s a good idea to keep it installed on your device. You don’t need to reinstall it; simply tap "ACTIVATE" when you’re ready to use the new data. Just remember, once activated, the data will start counting down immediately, so make sure you’re in the area where you plan to use it. If your eSIM is off, you’ll need to turn it back on in your device's settings before the data can flow.
