If your data is turned on but not working with Superhero eSIM, try these troubleshooting steps:
Check Your Location: Ensure you’re in the correct country or region for your eSIM data package. For example, a Mexico eSIM will only work if you’re physically in Mexico.
Device Compatibility: Confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible. Use the eSIM device compatibility checker to verify.
Activate Your eSIM Data Package: Make sure you’ve properly activated your eSIM data package and set it as your primary source for mobile data.
Data Roaming: Ensure “Data Roaming” is turned ON for your Superhero plan. This is crucial for connecting to networks while traveling.
Airplane Mode: Confirm that Airplane Mode is turned OFF. If it's on, you won’t be able to connect to any networks.
APN Settings: Verify that your APN is set to "Superhero eSIM" for a proper data connection.
Network Lock: Check if your device is network-locked. If it is, contact your carrier to unlock it.
Network Selection: Set your Network Selection to Automatic so Superhero eSIM can connect you to the best available network.
