You can tell if Airplane Mode is on by looking for an airplane symbol at the top of your device's screen. When Airplane Mode is enabled, your device will not transmit any information via mobile data, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth. To connect to Wi-Fi or mobile data networks with your eSIM, make sure Airplane Mode is turned off. If you see the airplane icon, simply toggle Airplane Mode off in your device settings to reconnect to your networks.
