eSIMs (embedded SIM cards) allow devices to connect to mobile networks. Without a SIM, your device relies solely on the nearest Wi-Fi network. eSIMs are digital versions of traditional SIM cards.

Once you activate an eSIM data plan on your device, it connects to a local carrier, giving you internet access without relying on Wi-Fi or incurring hefty roaming charges from your usual carrier.
