Allow Apps to Use Cellular Data.

If you're noticing that not all of your apps work with your eSIM, it could be a simple issue with data permissions. While most apps requiring an internet connection should function properly, some may not be allowed to use cellular data, causing your device to wait for a Wi-Fi connection instead.

To check which apps are permitted to use cellular data on your iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular (or Network).

  2. Scroll down to see a list of apps and ensure that those you want to use with cellular data are checked.

  3. If you're trying to conserve data, you can toggle off apps you don’t want running in the background.

If issues persist, feel free to reach out to [email protected] or use the live chat for assistance.
